The single gal's favourite snack - hummus - has just landed itself a starring role. The newly opened Hummus Bros in Soho aims to make the humble chickpea dip take centre stage in a series of main courses, all served with warm pitta - topped with whole chickpeas, fava beans, chicken, chunky beef or mushroom. All their hummus is made fresh dail (with any leftovers given to charity) and owners Christian and Ronen maintain their dip tastes leagues ahead of any supermarket version. Cheap and very cheerful.
