Time Out London (August 30, 2006)
Food & Drink - London's in your lunch hour
Christian Mouysset and Ronen Givon came up with the idea of setting up an eatery focused on houmous when they were at university together and found themselves eating houmous with every dish. Nearby office workers have taken this spot to heart. The most popular item is houmous topped with guacamole (£5). Most mains-sized portions cost £2.50-£5, while sides such as tabouleh are £2.50-£2.70. A brilliant idea well executed.
